If you live in NSW, please consider signing the petition below which would ban the release of balloons in NSW. There is incontrovertible evidence, both academic and anecdotal, that prove balloons kill wildlife. Our state’s current policy allows the release of 19 balloons to mark a “special occasion”, however other states in Australia have already completely banned this practice.
